Hi, I'm Meghan! 

I am a nurse practitioner and functional nutritionist with a focus on women’s health issues. I work with female clients to create a personalized dietary and lifestyle plan that will allow you to achieve your full wellness potential. While traditional nutritionists tend to focus primarily on educating patients on food groups, as a functional nutritionist I view my client’s health journey on a more holistic level. I recognize that each woman has their own unique nutritional requirements and when it comes to treating many health conditions, I believe that food and lifestyle adjustments can be all the medicine your body needs. I know from personal experience that many health conditions can be successfully treated with a holistic approach and can result in reducing, or even eliminating dependency on prescription medications.
