Hi, I'm Meghan! 

      I am a nurse practitioner with over 20 years’ experience, and a holistic nutritionist with a focus on women’s health issues. Many of my clients struggle with the changes that come about during perimenopause and menopause such as hormonal fluctuations, insomnia, weight gain, and changes in mood. 

       I work with clients to create a personalized dietary and lifestyle plan to improve hormonal health, promote quality sleep, and boost metabolism. I’m a true believer that wellness starts from within and that the body will restore balance if it has the support and nutrition it needs. 

      As a nurse practitioner, I am able to combine my clinical medical experience with my vast knowledge of holistic nutrition to provide a thorough evaluation of my clients’ health challenges. I asses my clients from the inside out, which may include hormonal or GI testing in order to make the best possible health recommendations.

      I recognize that each woman has their own unique nutritional requirements and when it comes to treating many health conditions, I believe that food and lifestyle adjustments can be all the medicine the body needs. I teach my clients how to fuel their body to feel satiated, energized, and optimized. Oftentimes, providing the body with the right nutrition can even dramatically reduce or eliminate your reliance on prescription medications.

      I know what it’s like to juggle work, family, and other commitments. As women, and especially as wives and/or moms, we often put our own health last. I encourage you to make yourself a priority, see healthy food as not just fuel but also as good medicine, make lifestyle choices that serve your body well, and focus on yourself and your well-being.
