Hi, I'm Meghan!
I am a nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience and a functional nutritionist focusing on women’s health issues. Many of my clients struggle with changing hormones, gut health conditions, thyroid disease, weight loss resistance, and sleep disorders.

As a nurse practitioner, I can combine my clinical medical experience with my vast knowledge of functional nutrition to thoroughly evaluate my clients’ health challenges. I help clients get to the root of their health issues and create a personalized dietary and lifestyle plan to optimize their health, balance their hormones, eliminate food cravings, feel energized, and sleep well. If necessary, I also facilitate hormonal or GI testing to make the best possible health recommendations. I believe that wellness starts from within and that the body will restore balance if it has the support and nutrition it needs.

Each woman has her own unique nutritional requirements, and when it comes to treating many health conditions, food and lifestyle adjustments can have a life-changing, positive impact on the body. I teach clients to fuel their bodies to feel satiated and nourished and achieve sustainable healthy habits. Oftentimes, providing the body with the proper nutrition can even dramatically reduce or eliminate reliance on prescription medications.

I know what juggling work, family, and other commitments is like. As women, especially wives and/or moms, we often put our health last. I encourage you to make yourself a priority, see healthy food as not just fuel but also as good medicine, make lifestyle choices that serve your body well, and focus on yourself and your well-being.
